Lazy day Saturday

 Yesterday was so lazy! Normally mom and dad make us work work work! But since we stayed up till like one last Friday night, my awesome and amazing parents decided to have lazy day! We spent pretty much the whole day playing video games and watching shows. I. Loved. It. We never ever EVER get to have a lazy day. Never! So of course we were overjoyed when they told us about the lazy day. I really hope that in the upcoming months, w will be able to have more magnificent lazy days. Here is a picture of about what we looked like: (I was not able to get a photo because I was being too lazy!😉)

    That's why it is so great to stay with Papa Tom and Granny as you can do what you want all day. LOL Just don't have the awesome game systems like my grand daughters have at their homes or the fast internet.
    BUT I do have lots of cats and Ryan to play with and take for long walks.

My Brand New Ball

 Yesterday we went shopping at 5 below. While I was browsing one of the aisles, and it's vast collection of items, my eyes fell upon a small rectangular cardboard box. I then stood on the tops of my toes and saw it. It was a basket of balls. Mostly yellow ones. There was also one black and pink one. But I scarcely saw them. I only had eyes for one ball. This ball was perfect! It was half blue, but the blueish greenish sort of way. The other half was a bright springy yellow. The ball smelled amazing! It smelled of a spring breeze blowing past the top of a mountain. But that was far from the best part! The ball was soft as silk and seemed to nestle in my palms. Then I dropped it.   All about Megan G. Kerr By: Liv Liv: What's your favorite color? Megan: Purple. Liv: Why did you start teaching gifted? Megan: I enjoyed doing the activities when I was in the gifted program myself elementary school. I also liked coming up with enrichment ideas for my students when I taught second grade.  And I had a lot of fun substituting teaching in gifted classrooms.  So when Mrs. Leftwich asked me if I wanted to teach gifted kids with her, I was excited at the possibility.  It seemed like my dream job.  I had to take college courses anyway to renew my teaching license.  So I decided to interview for the gifted job and commit to taking college classes in gifted education to get certified.  And the rest is history.
