Hannahs B-day

 Hello! Its been soo long since the last time I blogged! So much has happened! Spring break, Dad's knee surgery, St. Patrick's Day and of course Hannah's Birthday! Oh and my Birthday is coming up soon!


 Here are the people at Hannah's Birthday Party! Hannah, Irey, Rachael, Rylie, Mallory, M (liv), and Samantha.

We did an instrument off. (Strings won I think!)
We also went to laser tag!
After laser tag we did an Amazing Race style scavenger hunt!

    You are sooo lucky when my sister's had any sleepover parties like this for Birthday or whatever I was always shipped off somewhere else until they all went home.

My Brand New Ball

 Yesterday we went shopping at 5 below. While I was browsing one of the aisles, and it's vast collection of items, my eyes fell upon a small rectangular cardboard box. I then stood on the tops of my toes and saw it. It was a basket of balls. Mostly yellow ones. There was also one black and pink one. But I scarcely saw them. I only had eyes for one ball. This ball was perfect! It was half blue, but the blueish greenish sort of way. The other half was a bright springy yellow. The ball smelled amazing! It smelled of a spring breeze blowing past the top of a mountain. But that was far from the best part! The ball was soft as silk and seemed to nestle in my palms. Then I dropped it.   All about Megan G. Kerr By: Liv Liv: What's your favorite color? Megan: Purple. Liv: Why did you start teaching gifted? Megan: I enjoyed doing the activities when I was in the gifted program myself elementary school. I also liked coming up with enrichment ideas for my students when I taught second grade.  And I had a lot of fun substituting teaching in gifted classrooms.  So when Mrs. Leftwich asked me if I wanted to teach gifted kids with her, I was excited at the possibility.  It seemed like my dream job.  I had to take college courses anyway to renew my teaching license.  So I decided to interview for the gifted job and commit to taking college classes in gifted education to get certified.  And the rest is history.
