Spring Break vacation!
So during spring break we went to Arkansas! I took a travel journal so I could show you! Here it is! (Sorry if my handwriting is messy!)
My Brand New Ball
Yesterday we went shopping at 5 below. While I was browsing one of the aisles, and it's vast collection of items, my eyes fell upon a small rectangular cardboard box. I then stood on the tops of my toes and saw it. It was a basket of balls. Mostly yellow ones. There was also one black and pink one. But I scarcely saw them. I only had eyes for one ball. This ball was perfect! It was half blue, but the blueish greenish sort of way. The other half was a bright springy yellow. The ball smelled amazing! It smelled of a spring breeze blowing past the top of a mountain. But that was far from the best part! The ball was soft as silk and seemed to nestle in my palms. Then I dropped it. It fell down on the ground making an oddly satisfying sound. Then it bounced up right into my hands! At that moment I knew that I was going to get that ball. After several minutes of bouncing it around the store I saw mom. I rushed over to her. Then I told her I was going to buy this ball. She said it was ok...
Good job on writing about your days and the trips. Tried to get your Dad to do the same when he was older and he barely put a whole sentence down. LOL Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
